This fee is to be paid by new landlords that are wanting to register with us on StudentPad

The Studentpad Property Advertisement Fee is payable by Landlords for each property they wish to advertise. Payment of the advertising fee entitles the registered landlord to advertising on Studentpad for that particular property during the advertising period (Mid-October to Mid-September starting in the calendar year the fee is paid). This includes changes to the number of rooms available to let and prices changes etc.

Along with payment of the fee please ensure you update and check details in the advert and submit the advert for approval in good time. Valid certificates in respect of the property will need to be uploaded and kept up to date throughout the advertising period. You can update the property profile and the advert yourself at any time using the Studentpad platform.
