Description

The Studentpad Property Advertisement Fee is payable by Landlords for each property they wish to advertise. Payment of the fee entitles the registered landlord to unlimited advertising for that particular property during the advertising period (February to January Inclusive).

Along with payment of the fee please ensure you submit your completed advertising form (per property) together with all valid certificates (if not previously supplied) -or you can update the property profile and advert yourself using our studentpad.

Where our records indicate that certificates have expired(Gas Safe,Electrical,etc) we will be contacting you separately.
