Join us for the Coaching Psychology Research Conference, an engaging, interactive event showcasing innovative research designed to support coaches, coaching psychologists, and coaching psychology practitioners in their professional practice. This year’s conference presents a diverse programme of research talks spanning key areas of coaching psychology. Highlights include work from the first BPS-accredited MSc Coaching Psychology cohort at the University of Chichester, alongside sessions addressing contemporary themes such as leadership and coaching, sexual harassment and workplace coaching, wellbeing, and mental health. Together, these sessions offer evidence-based insights, inspiration, and practical strategies for practitioners at every stage of their coaching career. Throughout the day, delegates will also have opportunities to network, share experiences, and build professional connections.

Practical Information

Refreshments will be provided; however, lunch is not included. The university canteen offers a selection of lunch options, and a Costa Coffee is available on site with light food choices for purchase. Please note that parking on campus incurs an additional charge. Chichester train station is located approximately a 25–30 minute walk south of the campus.
