Description

The ISO5105 module is aligned to the external level four qualification in nutrition accredited by the RSPH. To get your portfolio marked externally there is a small fee payable, Passing the Level Four in Nutrition will qualify you for membership of the RSPH and to use their post nominal letters after your name. It is a credible qualification recognised by BASES and potential employers.

Detailed Description

The course gives a strong foundation into nutrition and will be valuable if you either wish to continue within nutrition or use it to support other careers with in sport or health. You will learn about macro, micro and other nutrients; their sources, value in the diet and the differences in demands across all life stages. You will also learn about how nutrition interact with health and disease and how food production and distribution is regulated.
